Bairnsdale Racing Club
Established in the region in 1862, the Bairnsdale Racing Club has a long association with East Gippsland. The club is well-regarded in the community, with support from major community partners including Patties Foods, East Gippsland Shire and East Gippsland Water together with a wide range of local businesses who support the race club through a range of sponsorship initiatives.As a non-for-profit organisation the Club relies on this support from sponsors, members and all guests to the Club.
The Bairnsdale Racing Club will hold seven race meetings during the 2013/14 racing season.
The Club also manages Raceview Receptions; it's own function centre. It's an ideal venue for engagements, parties, weddings, wakes, conferences and major events. Call 03 5152 4057 for more details

|From Melbourne travel east on the Monash Freeway, then the Princes Freeway / Princes Highway. Just before the Bairnsdale Town Centre (before crossing the rail lines) turn right into Racecourse Road off the Princes Highway and the racecourse is 2km up the road. Alternatively head south at the Hospital roundabout and the racecourse is 2km from the roundabout.|
|V/Line operates train services between Melbourne and Bairndale three times a week. The station is around 4km from the race track.
A Taxi is readily available at the train station.
