How do I book my Race Day package?
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes you can.
To change or cancel your booking you need to contact either Steph and Brendan here at Country Racing or contact your club directly. Please note that cancelations may have a refund fee depending on how close it is to the race day.
I have a specific request. Can you accommodate this?

At the final stage of the checkout, you have access to include any comments you wish to pass on - such as a name for your marquee, dietary requirements, that you will have the 10 kids with you...
What are the methods of Payment?
We currently accept payments online via Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. To pay by direct deposit or cheque, please contact us on 1300 139 402
When is my credit card charged?
When you complete your booking with your credit card, the full amount is debited from your account at that time.
If your credit card is declined when placing an order then your order is automatically cancelled.
When will my tickets arrive?
Your tickets and/or wristbands will generally arrive 3-5 days prior to the race day. If you have any queries to when these will be sent, please contact the race club directly.
There is no admission tickets available online. Can I still get in?
Of course! You can simply buy them at the gate on the race day!
My order is a large amount. Can I pay a deposit now and pay the balance later?
Yes you can, but unfortunately not online at the moment. To pay a deposit, please contact us directly on 1300 139 402
Is there any booking fee for purchasing online?
How young do children need to be to get in for free?
Generally kids under the age of 16 receive free entry into the races, however this may vary slightly between clubs.
You are better to confirm with the club before you arrive.
