Kilmore Trackside Functions

 

Kilmore Trackside has long been renowned as a pre-eminent venue for corporate functions. From small executive sessions in our well appointed function rooms to extravagant gala dinners seating up to 250 people in the Popular Alm Room, we feature a diverse range of function rooms to suit any event. Trackside is the perfect venue for your next function or special event, with configurations and options that can be tailored to suit your particular event. There are two function rooms available with modern facilities and options for your meeting or function.

 

We offer a variety of options to suit you and your organisation - from a breakfast meeting, to a half day or full day delegate package. If you don't see what you would like we can tailor a package to suit you.

 

Trackside offers the best of everything - from menus to tantalise your tastebuds, modern audio visual equipment, wonderful staff and service and, of course, breath-taking views over the racecourse.

 

Technical Facilities Available

The fully equipped conference and function centre will make all the difference in preparation for your function. We offer the following equipment on-site to help put together a seamless conference or function.

* PA system with wireless, lapel and standing microphones

 

All Kilmore Trackside Corporate Packages include:

 

* Dedicated event manager to coordinate your event

* Site inspection if required and a meeting to finalise all details

* Menu options as confirmed click Seminar Packages to view menu

Menus subject to change and can be tailored to suit your event

* Special dietary requests catered for

* Use of private function room for the day (9am-5pm)

Commencement and conclusion times negotiable. Room hire charges apply

Popular Alm Room

Combining fantastic, uninterrupted views overlooking the picturesque Kilmore Racetrack, this elegant area is extremely versatile. With over 500sqm of pillar less space the Popular Alm Room is the perfect environment to transform your day into an exciting and enjoyable function or raceday experience.

Golden Reign Room
