FINANCE MANAGER
Pakenham Racing Club
An exciting opportunity exists within the Victorian thoroughbred racing industry for a motivated and enthusiastic person with the appropriate accounting qualifications and experience to provide financial and business services to the Pakenham Racing Club. (Incorporating The Cardinia Club Gaming Venue).
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to:-

Consistently achieve agreed targets

Develop systems and processes that deliver measurable benefits

Add value to the development and implementation of the Clubs strategic plan

Analyse and report financial results and provide commercial advice

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the industry
Reporting directly to the Club’s Chief Executive, the position will play a lead role in the development and implementation of strategic and operational initiatives that will add value to the Club’s operations. Consistent with the Club’s Corporate Governance Structure this position will provide executive support as a key Member of the Club’s Finance & Audit Sub Committee. Experience in gaming & hospitality operations would be highly regarded.
An appropriate salary package will be offered to the successful candidate.
