The Tracks and Facilities Manager is a vital component of the team at Tatura Shepparton Racing Club Inc.

Tatura and Shepparton Racing Club is a training and race centre which races four times a year.

The incumbent is responsible for ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the physical condition of the Tatura racecourse, facilities and machinery so as to provide at all times a safe and attractive high quality venue for all stakeholders and patrons.

Tatura and Shepparton Racing Club is seeking to find a suitable candidate who can deliver outstanding results in the following key areas;

• Track preparation and presentation
• Venue presentation
• Stakeholder management
• Cost control
• OHS

  Ideally you will be a proven performer and have expertise in the following fields:

  • Turf management
  • Staff management
  • Communication (written and verbal)
  • Record keeping
  • Budget management
