The Woolamai picnic race meetings are a great family-friendly event at a very picturesque country race track. Enjoy the friendly relaxed picnic atmosphere under the shade of the lovely old elm trees.
The Woolamai & District Race Club is run by a group of volunteers who work hard to provide excellent facilities for you to enjoy. We are also known for our excellent on course catering with 2 kiosks and 2 bars run by local sporting and community groups. The Club has also built pavilions that are available for groups to hire.
Less than a two hour drive from Melbourne it is a great chance to have a weekend away, with a large choice of accommodation available either at the many beach resorts or in the rolling hills of South Gippsland.
